Pain And Pleasure
Everything we do in life we do out of our need to avoid pain or a desire to gain pleasure.By not taking action we experience less pain then by taking action.

What is procrastination and what does procrastination do to you.It paralysis and causes you to be immobile.Its the opposite of using your Personal Power.This can literally take control of your life.You do not realize all the things that you really want in your life that you have given up.So why do we procrastinate? We think that taking action would be more painful then doing nothing or not taking action.In other word by not taking action we experience less pain then by taking action.However you might say that by taking action I might get the pleasure of having something done and succeeding and whatever we want done.
Whats more real to you is the pain you will have to go through in order to get it done.However what happens sometime is the whole thing flips on you and then there is far too much pain in not doing something that you just have to get it done.This is a common experience for too many people.For example have you ever studied the night before for an exam? You put yourself through so much pain because you want to avoid the pain of failing.

Control your life
You need to control the motivating forces of pain and pleasure.
There have been times when you have changed the focus in your life!This is where you actually do take control of your life and you actually say enough is enough I cant take this anymore.What I want you to do from now on wards is to stop being in reaction mode and really take charge of your life.Think before you do something think what are the long term effect of doing something or not doing it.There are things you MUST not put off.Sometimes putting off things can have a terrible effect on us. For instance if we abuse our health we can end up having a deadly disease or sickness that could have been avoided altogether like Cancer,Diabetes,heart attacks and even Osteoporosis.
I suggest you look after your health TODAY and don’t say things like I’m going to do this tomorrow, do it right now.
