What To Consider Before Joining a Network Marketing Company…
Products. Look for the product that gets you most excited and that’s the best product for you. The key to success in network marketing comes from keeping yourself excited and bought-in psychologically to the product you’re selling.
Leadership. I once walked away from a solid monthly income solely because I lost faith in the company’s leadership. A foundation of integrity is the bedrock of success for any network marketing company. When you promote a company, that company’s reputation and integrity will be a direct reflection of your reputation and integrity.
Sales and Marketing Programs. Make absolutely sure the company you are considering has a strong sales and marketing program in place. That way, all you and your organization will have to do is use the tools (i.e. CDs, DVDs, brochures, magazines, web sites, etc.) to do the presenting for you.
Mentorship. Is there someone in the company with a track record of success in building his or her income who is also able to assist others in creating success as well? Your chances of success will sky rocket if you can work with someone who has experienced success and wants to help you become successful. Most importantly, your mentor should be someone you trust and believe in.
Timing. Timing is not going to make or break your success but it’s something to consider. I’ll share more on timing following the next list of top network marketing companies.The biggest lie when it comes to Network Marketing is ground floor opportunity.Get in now and you can be at the top.The other lie is we are the fastest growing company in the world.If someone tells you any of that they are lying to you.Ask them to prove it.
Remember if you do not do anything it really does not matter if you are right at the top or if you join 10 years later.What matters is what you do!

My personal experience:
My first Network Marketing company was the Amway Corporation which has a stair-step breakaway compensation plan.This is where I first learned about Network Marketing.After that I took a look at other companies when I realized that you don’t make money from people who are really deep in depth in a business like Amway.
I looked at Binary Compensation Plans and Matrix plans. I have decided to completely avoid unilateral and stair-step breakaway compensation plans.
WARNING
A word of caution are Ponzi Scams ponzi scams One such company operating in South Africa with unknown owners is TVI Express Avoid it at all costs.Yes there are people making money however it will soon go bust.It will soon disappear like Skybiz, Getaway Club and Canadian Diamond Club did. The only legitimate travel Network Marketing/MLM company operating in South Africa are Worldventures & Bon Voyage which has a proper product and good Compensation Plan.
Travel
My suggestion is if you want to get involved with a travel company then take a look at Bon Voyage here! I personally recommend and use Bon Voyage for Travel.I do not like the product offering of World Ventures in South Africa as they do not get you 5 star accommodation at 2 star prices this is based on my personal experience.World Ventures is not offering 5 star destinations in South African mostly 3 star which to me is not good enough.I used them for travel at least 3 times and I can clearly state that Bon Voyage is far superior to World Ventures in both compensation and product offering.

I DO NOT!! encourage people to get into Avon,Avroy Schlain,Baltron,Justine,Herbalife,Monavie,Amway,Malalueca and Mannatech
These ones compensation plan are too slow and archaic for my liking.Yes they have been in existence for a long time and are proven to be solid and successful I personally will never recommend them.
These companies use a stair-step-breakaway compensation plan that is very slow and has a lot of attrition in them that is has a very, very high dropout rate.They are like dinosaurs! I only go for companies that have a Binary System or Matrix System.
I also discourage people from getting involved with companies that are South African based.Some companies that are purely SA based Beep-Beep, Multisure, Direct Advantage (Now Cancelled) and Jamming, There is a sms company called beep-beep.net which has a poor compensation plan where you will lose money just showing a presentation as the profit is less then a telephone call and follow-up.These companies have a very, very start-up payment which entices people to join however they payout way too little for the effort that one makes.For instance if you drive to a prospect house and it costs you R10 petrol you would have paid more in the petrol bill then the amount of money you would have earned signing up that person, I didn’t even mention the telephone call costs involved in order to first establish contact and follow up with that person.If you looking for a low cost company then join Banners Broker as it costs $15 which is +-R150.
The other reason I do not get involved with South African companies is I sometimes enroll people living in South Africa that are not South African citizens and they want to enroll their family and friends from their country into their business however they cannot do so with any South African based Network Marketing company. I personally have built a team of people into Uganda, Kenya,Gabon, Nigeria, Botswana, Zimbabwe,Tanzania,Swaziland and Namibia.
I also DO NOT recommend people get involved with Personal Development Network Marketing Companies as they all have a very very high attrition rate and their product excites a few people not everyone though such as Success University which was sold to World Ventures as it was not meeting with its targets I was previously involved with it , iLearningGlobal which shutdown last year and Be Motivated Today which though is still in existence has a very bleak future! Network21 the Amway personal development company was shut down in England!
